Baked Tortillas with Fruit Salsa


Freshly baked tortillas dip into a sweet combination of strawberries, peaches, kiwi and a touch of honey and lime.

SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 20 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

10 Tortillas
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 cup Splenda Sweetener
1 lb. Strawberries, trimmed and diced
1/2 cup Peaches, peeled and diced
3 Kiwis, peeled and diced
Juice from 1 Lime
1/4 cup Honey

Directions

	Baked Tortilla Chips: Brush each tortilla with a small amount of water and sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda. Then cut the tortillas into triangle shapes and bake on a cookie sheet for 7-10 minutes at 350.

	Fruit Salsa: Combine strawberries, peaches and kiwi with lime juice and honey
